Old way of setting up the debug device layer seems broken

After switching from v0.10.0 to the next_release branch I observe segmentation faults when using the debug device layer. My suspicion is that the wrappedDevice parameter does not get set correctly if the environment variable ANARI_DEBUG_WRAPPED_LIBRARY is NOT set. Due to this line of code:
