No rule to make target 'OpenVX-sample-impl/install/Linux/x64/Debug/bin/libopenvx.so', needed by `libvx_pop.dylib'. Stop.

It looks like this 'libopenvx.so' is not under 'OpenVX-sample-impl/install/Linux/x64/Debug/bin/', where can I find it?
