Reference for kernel_bundle class is missing

The kernel bundles section contains synopsis and descriptions of the kernel_bundle free functions (https://registry.khronos.org/SYCL/specs/sycl-2020/html/sycl-2020.html#sec:interfaces.bundles.overview.synopsis) but there appear to be no synopsis or description for the kernel_bundle class itself (https://registry.khronos.org/SYCL/specs/sycl-2020/html/sycl-2020.html#_the_kernel_bundle_class).
