Matcha theme in wrong category

I dunno if this is the perfect place to point out this issue, but I don't know how else to bring this to your attention.
The Matcha theme is under the category "utility" instead of "color scheme", which definetely seems to be the wrong category.

Thanks for acknowledging that and yes this is where you can point out the issue!
It's because I don't use JSON in this theme and color scheme only recognize themes with JSON.
I don't use JSON because:

1. I assigned different colors for both light and dark mode
2. I assigned colors more than just the needed one, more than the template.

I will let one of the contributors know, and maybe they can change the template (perhaps there could be a dedicated checkbox for Color Themes so we don't have to use JSON if we don't want too; CSS would be enough - that should be fairly easy) but overall it's not a big deal as long as the theme works 👍
