I'm having an issue that I can't get anything downloaded. I've tried both Scopus and WoS .bib files as well as manual DOI files, but nothing gets downloaded. The only notification is that "No encoding supplied: defaulting to UTF-8.". I tried both Shiny and via console. I tried a few different SciHub -links also.
