3D segmentation not being reconstructed

Hi Kibrom,

I hope you're doing well. I've been testing MIPSegmentator on some data, and everything works smoothly until the reconstruction stage. At that point, it returns the message "not reconstructed patient."

For context, I’m running this on:

Docker version: 27.1.1, build 6312585
System: Ubuntu
GPU: NVIDIA A100
Do you have any insights into what might be causing this issue?
