Server update fails if 2-factor is enabled

There's no way to put the 2-step code when starting up the server on console (installing is fine, but updating is not).
Every time you try to update or validate the files, and if you have Steam auth code on, the console is greyed out and you can't send the code for it to pass verification.
Hopefully there will be a fix or workaround for this.
