CreateInformationScreen: save in Rhizome and display HomeScreen

After saving a new bit of information, the form's workflow should go back to the HomeScreen and we should see the new information in the grid of tiles.

Not closing this issue yet. I can save a piece of information (text entered by user) but no tags and targets yet.

Ok. Keep in mind that this feature is only about creating a new information Thing and then being able to see that it exists in the Rhizome. Tags/targets would take place in the "ThingScreen."
