Address '1**.***.***.**2' is not a valid, publicly exposed public node address

While I try to join an existing network after Input address (IP/DNS) of the public node you trust: part I input my other node id which has all the ports open and verified by ping -c 1 , the command gives me this output:
INFO: Please wait, testing connectivity... /kira/manager/menu/quick-select.sh: line 64: "PUBLIC IP": command not found INFO: Success, node is online!
After some time I get this error:
INFO: Could NOT read status, block height, chian-id or node-id WARNING: Address '1**.***.***.**2' is not a valid, publicly exposed public node address
Why might this be happening. I rebooted both of the machines and both of them has all the ports open to the internet.
this was because of dumb Azure Vps. Even if I open the ports on the server they seem to be closed to internet. Sorry for the inconvenience.
