What should be our privacy policy?

While the database itself needs to be searchable we also want to make sure we aren't sharing information unnecessarily and/or without permission.

One suggestion is that to browse the database there is no login required, but to add to the database (either in terms of adding links/information or testimonials) you need to log in (probably with your google/twitter/facebook/linkedin etc account) so we know who is contributing content.

However, the information users provide to sign into the site should be kept private. Not shared with anyone outside the team monitoring the app usage and content.

What do you think? Anything we're missing? What sort of wording do we need?
