The reason for this bug is likely that it dynamically makes buttons for "All clans but the existing clans". It should be an easy Postfix Harmony Patch, with a 'remove something from a list'. The difficulty mostly lies in that I have no idea where the code for events is.
This should be patched as part of custom clan support
