Category matching should be case insensitive

Log categories/levels are not searched for by ignoring case, so TailViewer finds and highlights "ERROR", but misses "Error", for example.

@crazydef Sorry for the late reply, went on an extended hiatus from my personal software projects but now I'm back.
I agree that it is kind of silly that tailviewer only detects upper-case log levels. You certainly aren't the first one to bring this issue up. I've collected your input as well as other related in one issue (#360) and will get to work on it asap.
