Add simple logic for posting/putting a string to the /hello endpoint.

This is to support the OS X app team. Kitura-Sample will be used as one of the feature apps in the OS X app and this capability will demonstrate how easy it is to POST/PUT a string to an endpoint and then retrieve it using GET.
