The web application can't seem to load certain file formats, like .glance, .vtk, vtp.

Sorry to hear you're having troubles.
I've tried to replicate this issue, but I've been able to load data on Windows and Linux machines in Chrome.
What browser (and version) and operating system (and version) are you using? Have you tried clearing cache and reloading the page? Is this the result from loading that demo dataset, or did you create a new/local copy of that demo dataset which then loaded multiple copies of itself somehow?

Thank you Stephen. I just confirmed this seems to be a browser issue. I
tried with a different browser on a different machine and it worked.
