3D view i don't see my raster map plane

my file is public to test 6.vtkjs (10.7MB)
the raster image name is 3333.jpeg and is map conversion from geotiff file used in Qgis. In Paraview desktop i see thi s map on the top of sphere in the x,y plane but i don' see thi s map in Glance only in yhe z view but not in the 3D view.
is not clear what means magnitude and if i use the getiff file i have errors i glane that say nt scalar found...so i used the jpeg format but without sucess
(i need some help to understand the workflow for geotiff satellite (not dem) map importing in Paraview.
