Improve code style and deploy

Do some clean up of the codestyle - run flake8 and maybe Black, add more documentation, then deploy to PyPI

Also, for deploying: we may want to switch the name to ipyvtk_simple in all places to avoid the classic - vs. _ with PyPI and pip isntalling

Black was used in 7c5e95f
