Pull minerva ansible version from current git revision

Now that #302 is in, could we pull the minerva_version in ansible/site.yml from the current git revision? The goal would be, if you try to provision a vagrant vm, it will auto grab whatever minerva branch you are already on?

@danlamanna and I wanted to ask your thoughts on the matter.
