Session layer visibility indicator could revert to default visible state unexpectedly.

Reproduce steps:
After toggling visibilities of session layers, adding a new layer to the session or anything that causes a render() on SessionLayerWidget will set the all visibility indicator for all layers to default visible state, which is inconsistent with the state shown on the map.
