imagereference with bookcreator

I use dokuwiki to create customer documentation. I merge individual pages to a PDF with dw2pdf and the bookcreator plugin.
My problem is now that the numbers of the illustrations do not go through, but start again at 1 for each chapter (Wiki page).
Is there any way to fix this?
