Merge .NET and Framework Dialogs for demo purposes

The original idea behind this tool was to show best practice to migrate VB Apps from Framework to .NET.
While everything was setup in way it could be used in both the .NET and the Framework version, the UI was not.
We should merge the dialogs, so that there is only one spot where we need to edit/update the UI.
