File Chooser Lists Files in Case-Sensative Order

Currently the file chooser lists a folder's contents in case-sensative order. This contradicts the ordering of most file viewers, even on systems where file names are case-sensative.
In the rare case that two files have the same name except for case, then I guess it makes sense for them to be re-conpared in a case-sensative manner.
