Lists Do Not Have Scroll-Bars

None of the lists in the application have scroll bars. This means that vertical scrolling must be done using a mouse/trackpad. Horizontal scrolling does not work at all.

This is a problem with Compose Desktop and not really something I can do anything about. As such, this will probably be something I will not fix until Compose Desktop releases a version with scroll-bar support.

I have added scrollbars to the currently-existing lists, like those in the FileChooser in 390b0b2. I am using the mechanism suggested above. This works well.
