Opening a packwiz project causes writes to project files

The Issue

Currently, even opening a packwiz project, even without clicking the save button still applies some changes to the packwiz project files, doing things like reformatting.

Expected Behavior

Packwiz project files should only be modified when saving a project. The only exception to this should be when non-packwiz files are added to a project, as they can be too large to be kept in memory until the next save.
