Projection Viewer Item Rendering No Longer Works

The Issue
In my Create compat patch, I decided to stop letting SidedPart get parts on the client due to the unreliable nature AbstractPart.onAdded and AbstractPart.onRemoved on the client. However this caused a regression where the Projection Viewer item can no longer locate the projector part it's associated with.

This should be fixed in v0.4.13+1.19.2.
