No way to set a keyboard shortcut to nothing

The Issue

Currently keyboard shortcuts must be initialized to a value. This is somewhat annoying if you, for example, want to disable the alternative-exit-fullscreen shortcut.

Possible Fix

The keyboard shortcut picker dialog should allow users to apply a keyboard shortcut, even if none is selected.
