Installation need to be handled correctly

Currently rezensent is listening to the event installation_repositories.added.
This is not used on older github enterprise installations.

We should also listen to installation.created and based on the value of repository_selection we should

  • selected add selected repository
  • otherwise add it to all repositories of the org
