Issue With Router firmware's for all versions of launchpad

I have a 3 SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus ZBDongle-P (2 with board v1.3 2021-07-29 and 1 with board v1.4 2021-10-20)
All three flash both the most recent as of this message Router and coordinator firmware with no issues with cc2538-bsl.py
When they are flashed with the coordinator launchpad firmware for CC1352P2_CC2652P they perform as expected, but when flashed with any of the router firmware they become soft-bricked and appear to not even try to start the pairing process biased on power consumption.
When you use TI's Z-Tool 2.0 to connect to the dongles, in coordinator firmware they are detected and can be managed, but with router firmware they do not show up at all, the software can not recognize there is even a device there even with the same settings as when it was connected to the coordinator firmware.
I have attempted to follow the instructions on compiling the firmware myself using TI's software using the versions provided at the top of the doc but the menu "power management" does not show up in the software nor is it searchable, i also tried the latest version of both files and there was no luck there.
so i have not been able to create any of my own router firmware files.
Any help with this would be welcome.
please disregard, on the offhanded i had a corrupted install, i re-installed z2mqtt and that resolved the issue
