Describe the Bug
This may be by design, but seems like a bug.
When some Default collections are loaded (such as the Screen Acrods Guild (- pmm: sag), the dynamic collections are deleted prior to being rebuilt later.

This is caused by the same thing causing #1904
I will close this issue and we can track this on the other issue.
