Tracking issue for possible TON integration research.

- It seems there is no official Rust SDK 🙁 Got info from Telegram TON dev community that https://github.com/tonlabs/ever-sdk is likely compatible with the current TON. Should try version from April 2022. Though, I suppose that it will have more and more compatibility problems long-term.
- FunC std lib has HTLC capabilities, so swaps should be possible.

lets ask TON if they are interested in a collab / sponsoring ref. the TON rust SDK as a first step/milestone of the full integration?
