Is this meant to be licensed under the Apache-2.0 license as the LICENSE file specifies?
I noticed that in setup.py it says license='GPLv3' and 'License :: OSI Approved :: BSD License'.

@osks It's been moved to Apache2.0 recently, but I haven't update pip yet, will draft a new release with new license.
