Still show popup enable network when case transfer

To reproduce the bug
Steps:

  1. Perform transfer token
  2. Select Manta token (Manta network disabled) -> Enable network
  3. Re-select token DOT (Manta)
  4. Observe the displayed screen

Actual: Show popup enable network
