Implement ordered pools

Ordered pools (like Boost.Pool) are more cache-friendly than unordered pools, because they always fill pages sequentially, which is achieved by free chunk list ordering. But to do this ordered pools sacrifice Free operation speed. It'll be good to have ordered pools in this library too.
