New domain name and rollout

We're going to re-launch the app with a new name.
There will also be a new domain. peacenik.app
We'll need:
- New prod rollout
- New staging rollout (can stay on orbits.at)
- Better flow for releases. Would prefer tags over Github releases since we don't have to create assets.
- New docker image repo
- New docs pages
Perhaps @omarst910 can lend a hand :)
