Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
mentioning the bot is not always practical and given that there may be multiple bots per guild a fixed prefix is also not practical.
Describe the solution you'd like
Let the bot administrator set a prefix that the bot recognizes in addition to mentioning it.
