storage-schemas get no priorities

impossible to define a priority parameter for graphite through templates/storage-schemas.erb and graphite::carbon::storage

this makes it impossible for graphite to resolve the correct schema for new metrics.

seems like wikidot is outdated and the priority parameter is deprecated.
up-to-date docs @ http://graphite.readthedocs.org/en/1.0/config-carbon.html
