Edit text ability for site admin

Since we can now easily reverse HTML back into the original markup, I am willing to provide the ability to edit posts (rather than append), but only for the site admin (and not moderators). This is only so as to clean up messes and make corrections -- for the regular users the appending is sufficient and avoids abuse.
