Built in encyclopedia / manual

Elite-A has a built in encyclopedia. I'd like to include as much information in-game as possible as people will not have a physical manual to refer to, or may not even want to read a text file prior to playing.

This will likely require some kind of module support to load in the code & data on-demand as it won't fit in RAM with the rest of the game.
