I don't know for certain if the phase devices are DRPG-unique, or are in DRLA as well, but it's worth noting here.

If you get an experimental phase device, and use it to select which type of phase device to use it as, then cancel, you get a second phase device for free without losing the original. This allows you to easily replicate a phase device infinitely, without it properly registering on the hard limit on phase devices.
