sometime, instead of icon, i get back 'Gravatar for Utilisateur', that's not what i want

When the frontend refresh quicker than the Gravatar icon, then i get a text instead of an icon.

Why, and how to get an asynchronous alert/signal/callback to be able to refresh the avatar state, please ?

also experiencing this please can you suggest what you later used to get it because you had this issue around 2021
