Fix Image Orientation and Cleanup Markdown Issues

  • Check if the jpeg images are now progressive or still standard (Large images will be progressive, see: optimize_images/img_optimize_jpg.py#L65)
  • Convert all png to jpeg
  • Fix orientation issues in images
    • Cleanup markdown formatting issues as well while checking images
