Cannot install on 64bit windows7 service pack 1

Both versions (x86 and x64) shows the following error when trying to run on my 64-bit windows7:

"The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher."

I've installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable 64-bit version, as required by the tutorial.
Any prerequisite am I missing?

we tried this tutorial on a clean windows 7 , it worked out well.
Also we googled your error message, it seems a common issue related to environment.
Can you please try it out in a different environment to see if it works?

BTW, can you go to install programs and give me a snapshot of this?

Thanks, my mistake, should git clone it instead of directly download it.
