Display information about current player:
- nickname
- team name
- links to profile and team
- unread messages count in en-mail (and link to mailbox)
Do not refresh user/team information in real-time. It should be loaded once at script/level start and then it can be refreshed by user request (button click).
Mailbox information should be refreshed on regular basis (once per 20-60 seconds)
