Incorrect title naming convention for JPTV club

According to JPTV club's rules, either we use single title or if dual titles are used, then the Japanese name comes first. In this case, the two titles should be separated by a -.
At the moment, the name generated by the tool produces the international title first, then Japanese title without any separation.
