[FR]Do not show paths for attachments

添付ファイルでは，パスが表示されてしまいます。
パスを表示しないようにするか，オプションで選択できるようにして欲しいです。

In attachments, the path is displayed.
I would like the path to not be displayed or to be able to select it in the options.
