Notifications stop working

Hi,
My notifications from HA to my windows 10 used to work fine.
I'm trying to figure why they sudently stop working.
I' ve checked port reservations, computer name, firewall, Mqtt, Api, all looks fine.
But when i go in Hass Agent windows application, configuration, Notifications and I click on " Show Test Notification" i got an error message:
Could you help me ?

It used to work fine for my Windows 11 pc, but suddenly the notifications also don't work anymore. Although the test message in the HASS agent Windows integration works for me, but using the notify service in HA does not sent error messages nor make notifications pop up... Almost similar, except for only the test notifications working for me
