Satelite service logs hard to locate

If the service is down, you get a dialog that looks like this:

It just says to open the logs, but doesn't say where they are. In the documentation, I found this:

If the satellite service doesn't work as expected, please use the open service logs folder to locate its logs, and attach the latest one when sending a bug report.

What I eventually realized is that it wants me to click the "open service logs folder" button in the "Satellite Service" section, but that wasn't very obvious.

I think the docs could be improved here to be more clear, and it'd be really nice if the error page had a button that would just open the logs folder too.
