Support editing metadata without forking/cloning the project

This is to allow more people working on this without needing to know git/github and the complex command line setup of the project.
- Allow editing metadata on the demo server
- Simple login system to know who changed what
- Notifications (on slack?) so we know when to pull changes
- Document how to use the editor for metadata editing

Now only requires some documentation and let people know about this.
