Need to add support for the QHY600 cameras as they are replacing the SBIG cameras on the 0.4m network. Tasks needed (incomplete set):

Update defaults and camera types in astrometrics/sources_subs
Update forms
Add 'QHY cameras' to SITE_CHOICES in core/models/blocks.py
Update/add overheads in astrometrics/site_config.py
Update/add tests
Add support for the full field option, defaulting to the central 30'x30' option

I think I've done all the coding needed to update NEOx to use QHY on the delta rhos
