document search conventions for Sinopia search

searched for a multi word phrase (no quotation marks) in Sinopia:
sdr fruit

I got matches on everything that had sdr OR fruit in the title

Sinopia seems to interpret the search as:
sdr OR fruit

is this as expected?

I expected it would automatically AND multiple terms

as if I had typed:
sdr AND fruit
which gives 0 results, as expected, since there are no titles containing those 2 words

we need to add some help text explaining how a multi-word search is interpreted, and letting people know they can use AND or OR or quotation marks in their searches

Developers: please provide here a link to elastic search documentation that describes the syntax we are using / expecting

we assume we are using default elastic search functionality, there are various flavors of elastic search, so this is to confirm what we are doing
