As part of the work for Closing the Loop, we need a simple API for ShareVDE to query that returns a list of resources that have changed from a certain date. The API should also allow the developer to retrieve the RDF resource based on the resource ID or URI. As part of this work, we should also publish either an OpenAPI or RAML design document describing the API.
